Life Musings

Postcard Friday – Greetings from Utah!

In two days I will be in Paris. Less than a week ago I was soaking up some sun in the Yucatan peninsula. Today I’m in a quaint town in Utah, spending some quality time with my aunt.

It’s hard to believe how lucky I am. The longer I’m on the road the more unbelievable my previous life seems. When I think of it, I can’t imagine that I haven’t always lived this kind of nomadic lifestyle. It hasn’t been easy, (just read this post, or this one to see what I’m talking about) but it has been worth it.
This week I am especially grateful for air conditioning, the absence of mosquitoes, and my aunt’s amazing homemade cooking. Oh yeah, and this view from Zion National Park.
